By accessing or using this application you agree to these terms. The app is owned and operated by Congent Education.

It is provided for authorised users of The Boleyn Trust to carry out finance assurance.

Accounts are for authorised users only. Keep your password confidential and do not share your account.

You are responsible for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Use the app only for legitimate Trust finance assurance purposes.

Do not attempt to access data you are not authorised to see, disrupt the service, or misuse any information.

School and Trust finance information is confidential. Handle, share and retain it strictly in line with The Boleyn Trust’s policies.

Storing a sign-in for a third-party tool is a convenience feature. You are responsible for the credentials you choose to store. Congent Education is not responsible for third-party tools or their availability.

The application, including its design, software and content, is owned by Congent Education. You may not copy, resell or reproduce it without permission.

The app is provided on an “as is” basis and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance.

Automated analysis and AI-generated answers are intended to support, not replace, professional judgement. Always verify figures against source finance records before relying on them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Congent Education and The Boleyn Trust are not liable for losses arising from use of the app, including from decisions based on its analysis.

Access may be suspended or withdrawn by The Boleyn Trust or Congent Education, for example when you leave the Trust or if these terms are breached.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
